Sun Palms Motel is perfectly set up to host your business meetings, conferences or training events. Parking is not a problem for your guests.

The Room can be set up in various ways to seat between 20 and 40 guests.

Room hire includes a data projector, overhead projector, whiteboard markers, lectern and flip chart. Free WI-FI is also included for your function or meeting. We are very flexible and are happy to help with all your conference requirements where possible.

We also offer catering services for lunches and refreshments. Our dedicated catering team will tailor a function package to suit any style and budget.

Room Set-Up options

We can recommend four different setup options for Sun Palms Conference and Function Room. Depending on the style you choose we can comfortably seat between 20 and 40 guests.

With lots of natural light through the large curtained windows and air-conditioning, your guests are sure to be very comfortable.

Sun Palms Bistro & Bar

Conference and Function guests are welcome to make use of our Bistro and Bar. It is the perfect place to unwind and network after your business meeting.

The Restaurant is also available for hire for private functions, Birthday Parties or Engagements. This is on a request basis only so please give us a call if you wish to discuss your private function options at Sun Palms Motel.
